Real Betis and Lime donate a fleet of scooters for the use of sustainable transport among the workers of the European Championship at the Olympic Stadium in Seville
Forever Green scooters are present at UEFA EURO 2020.
Real Betis Balompié and the micromobility company Lime have made available to the workers of the European competition at their headquarters in Seville.
Following the success of the use of Lime’s scooters and electric bicycles among the workers of the Green and White Club, Forever Green and the mobility company are launching this initiative to promote sustainable transport among UEFA EURO 2020 workers and volunteers at their headquarters in the Andalusian capital.
With this initiative, car and motorcycle travel will be avoided and CO2 emissions to the planet will be saved.
With this action, Forever Green, the sustainability platform that seeks the power of the most popular sport on the planet to help save it from the effects of climate change, collaborates with UEFA EURO 2020 by expanding its visibility and increasing the green commitment that Real Betis Balompié wants to seal forever with the environment.
Lime is preparing its new landing in the city of Seville after winning the tender for the pilot project of two thousand shared electric bicycles.
The world’s leading micromobility company, which was operating with its scooters until the outbreak of the pandemic, generating more than 350,000 trips and saving 187,000 kg of CO2 emissions, hopes to return to being the favorite sustainable alternative of the Sevillians as soon as the Seville City Council allows the start of its operations.
