Real Betis Féminas player María Valle along with Rubén Cornejo and Lin from Real Betis Futsal participated in this cleanup that collected a total of 97.2 kg of waste.
Forever Green, Volvo Cars – official sponsor of Real Betis Balompié – and Ecomar joined forces this week to carry out an environmental awareness activity on the banks of the Guadalquivir River.
The Ecomar Foundation, whose aim is to encourage young people to practice a healthy lifestyle through water sports and engage them in caring for the planet, visited together with Volvo Cars and Forever Green at the Club Náutico Sevilla.
Students from the Colegio San José Sagrados Corazones participated in the ecological awareness workshop given by ECOMAR and later, together with volunteers from the three entities involved, proceeded to collect waste in the Guadalquivir area near the Club Náutico Sevilla.
María Valle, Rubén Cornejo and Lin, Real Betis Féminas and Real Betis Futsal players respectively, were part of this team of 24 volunteers who collected a total of 97.2 kg of waste.
