Real Betis has been present at the Sport Sustainability Summit organized by the Spanish Olympic Committee, an event composed of presentations with national and international representatives, roundtable discussions, and workshops focusing on the #SDGs and innovative solutions for capturing #CO2 emissions, blue carbon, and financial strategies to address climate change.
The manager of the Real Betis Foundation, Rafael Muela, has been in charge of presenting the work that the Real Betis club has been doing for three years through the Forever Green sustainability platform, as well as the social responsibility that the Foundation exercises each season, which last season reached 21,500 beneficiaries around the world.
Specifically, Real Betis participated in the roundtable on Sustainability in the Operations of Clubs and Sports Facilities alongside Legends, the Real Madrid Foundation, and the Barcelona Swimming Club.
Real Betis adds another event in which it is present to showcase its work for social and environmental sustainability. Recently, it has participated in the World Football Summit, Kosmos Sports Summit, Thinking Football, and the Climate Summit.
