The Great Hippodrome of Andalusia joins Forever Green

The sports venue adheres to the Forever Green project of the Real Betis Balompié Foundation created for the maintenance and development of a more sustainable planet.

This alliance agreement marks a milestone in the equestrian industry, being the first racecourse in our country to demonstrate a firm commitment to environmental protection.

Firmin in this commitment to theenvironment together, Forever Green and the Great Racecourse of Andalusia will develop measures aimed at reducing the ecological footprint of the various sports and social events held on the premises, a fact that will serveas an inspiring element for other facilities of the same type in Spain and Europe.

This initiative joins others already developed by our institution in a clear commitment to preserving the ecosystem surrounding the Great Racecourse of Andalusia, such as the installationof waste separation points (paper, glass, plastic, and organic) in different outdoor areas of the racecourse, facilitating the implementation of this action by the public visiting us.

With this agreement, the organization demonstrates its commitment to present and future generations, a race towards a greener and more balanced future has begun, and together, we are on the starting line to make a difference in preserving the planet.
